The ceremony is open to the public. A parade proceeds along Front Street to the Cenotaph.

Branch 10 – Hours & Activities (129 Harewood Rd.)
- 10:30 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. Live telecast of the downtown parade and ceremony. Branch #10 open to the public 10:30 a.m. – 9 p.m.
- 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. Complimentary lunch served: clam chowder / beef barley soups and chili.
- 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. Complimentary dinner served: beef dip courtesy Buy Low Foods. Musical entertainment throughout the afternoon and evening.
